There went the neighborhood. Any of these crackpots buy it and the value of my house is going to dip drastically. :(

The house itself is aprrox. 1250 heated sq. ft., single story, two car garage and double driveway.

I have the blueprint outline of it which I'll be giving to Hot Wheels later so she can scan it and post it. (This is the house design I was planning to build originally before I went with a larger one intead, it's called the Pueblo)

Not sure of the land size, but it does have a generous yard in both the front and the back. Houses on either side are also very well spaced, nothing like houses in other new home subdivisions where you can hear your neighbor snoring.

No Homeowners ass, although there are neighborhood restrictions against some things (i.e. no clotheslines or dog runs, only certain types of fences & pools, etc. (there is already a split rail fence around the back yard))

Hot Wheels is selling due to divorce, don't think they'll be likely to entertain the idea of renting.

    Siding.

I don't want to rent....if I were to buy it I would rent it out....I wanted to know if the neighborhood had any restrictions against renting....I will PM you her.....I have a couple rental houses in Union county due to the low taxes....I'm looking for a couple more.

Rentals are acceptable in our neighborhood, it was a rental before Hot Wheels bought it. The people that rented it back then took excellent care of it and now live just across the street from us. Hot Wheels is the 2nd owner, and it's my understanding that the people that built it originally did so specifically for a rental (which means our other neighbors were the first to actually live there if I have the history correct).
