24 - Season III

4/6 Episode of '24'

-Federal Troops storm the outside of the Condomonium and surround the building . . . Michelle makes it perfectly clear to everyone that nobody is going outside (and thus release the virus to the outside world) . . . The wife of the man Michelle killed is freaking out pretty bad . . . Hmmmm, can anybody say future lawsuit ? ? ? ?



-Jack talks to the Prez. and they debate how do they handle the guy (Andover) who has possession of the virus . . David & the Prez. try to figure out what they need to do next . . . . .



-Michelle explains to Tony over the phone that she had to kill a man who was trying to escape the building . . .Tony tells her they need to figure out who called Jack on his cell phone and nail down his identity . . The guy Michelle captured still wont tell who the main guy is, but starts giving him a description of what he looks like to Tony & Chloe (I wonder where she went !!!!). They access a data base and (on Michelle's laptop) bring up a database of possible suspects, but no luck . . . Then they add in a parameter of presumed dead suspects and then DING! DING . . Steven Saunders is the man they are after!!! Turns out Jack thought he died in a past mission they were working on, but obviously he is still alive . .


COMMERCIAL BREAK #1

 

-Prez Palmer & David come up with a possible cover story to the upcoming virus breakout (I wonder where he learned this from ; . . . SLICK WILLIE ? ? ? ). Saunders then calls the Prez. and tells him to get the Secret Service to pick up a package at a nearby post office drop box in 10 mins. . . . . The call occured too quick for them to put a trace on it . .



-Jack & Chase discuss Saunders background . . He calls his buddy at another agency (_________ . . .didn't catch the name . . ) and they do some background search on Saunders past contacts . . There is a Ho . .EEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, E-S-C-O-R-T in the LA area he frequents so they start tracking her down . .




-The Feds bring the package to the Prez, which is an untraceable cell phone (I wonder how much they cost ? ? ? ). Saunders now wants the Prez. to have an impromptu press conference on TV and during it, use the phrase THE SKY IS FALLING . . . Hmmmm, could this mean a plane is about to drop out of the air ? ? ?


COMMERCIAL BREAK #2

 

-Chase & Jack continue to talk about Saunders . . Apparently, he was assumed dead in Bosnia and it looks like Saunders is trying to get his payback against everybody . . . .


-Meanwhile, Tony is freaking out about the fate of his wive and everybody else in the Hotel (some Federal expert has just told him over the phone that the mortality rate is 100% . . . ). Tony & the FBI Dude start arguing over his ability to run the CTU office in his still iffy medical state. Then they start working on the PC Amadador had in his possession to see if they can trace where the money came from . .



-Jack & Chase arrrive at the Ho's house and sneak into the house . . .And then face some gunshots from her !!!!!!!! Jack agrees to put his gun down and before she can fire on Jack, Chase comes from behind her and wrestle her to the ground . . . You go Chase !!!!!! Diana White then explains her relationship with Saunders and what she does for a living . . . . They then take her down to CTU offices for further questioning . . Hmmm, this could get interesting !!!


COMMERCIAL BREAK #3

 

-Michelle gets the green light from the Fed HAZMAT lady to see Gaial one final time, and he looks really bad . . . . . The obligatory 'Please tell my family/kids/etc. that I love them' scene plays out and then he dies . . . .


-Prez Palmer & David talk about the FCC's readiness concerning to bring down all planes in the sky when he announces the phrase, which he does . . . Saunders obviously watches the conference, but he doesn't do anything yet . . Hmmmmmm . . .


-Jack meanwhiles goes to see his Fed buddy Trevor with Ms. White in tow . . . Seconds latter, a Helicoptor attack takes place on the floor that they are on !!!!!!!! They then race upstairs to the server where the information they need (on Saunders, I assume) is available . . . They race to the floor where the room is at, open the door and find a dead guard/IT worker (?) there. They enter the room and Jack starts taking out one of the hard drives in the server rack when he notices a bomb ticking nearby . . . Jack & Chase get out just in the nick of time before the bomb explodes . . . WOOHOO !!!!


COMMERCIAL BREAK #4

 

-Gaial's body is rolled out of the Hotel on a gurney . . . She describes the horrible death he went thru and proposes to Tony that they folks should be able to committ suicide via the cyanaide capsuls CTU field agents are handed out (a large supply is at CTU HQ's) . . . . Tony fights the idea at first, but then agrees to see if it can be done . . .


-Jack mentioned to the FBI agent what happened at the MI:6 office (British intelligence office in LA . . . I think that was the building that just got hit by Saunders thugs) and that Ms. White (the Ho) is dead . . . . . The FBI agent has the money trail nailed down to a few possibilites, but he will need more time to investigate them . . . .


-Saudners and one of his cronies talk about what's going on in their plans . . . The cronies mention that Ryan Chapelle (the FBI dude) is good at tracking money leads. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm . . . .


-Saunders then calls Prez. Palmer that he wants Ryan dead at the train station by 7am or else . . . . He also suggest that he head down to the Plaza Hotel and look at all the people dying down there to see what could happen next if he doesn't play along with his plans . . . That bastard !!!!


NEXT WEEK: Will Jack 'kill' Ryan . . . If he doesn't, then Saunders will strike back hard . . . . This is getting pretty good !!!!

 

yeah it is. I forgot to watch, but I'm downloading the episode right now..

 

Bump . . . Due to Dubya's speech, tonight's '24' Episode will be shown on 4/18 at 9pm ET . . . . As you were . .

 

FYI-I won't be able to do the blow by blow for '24' tonight ,. . I'm sure someone here will pick up the slack :thumbup: :thumbup: !!!!!

 

I'm afraid I'll have to take Alias over 24.

 

man..the episode was good though. I don't watch alias, but no way it beat this episode of 24. Probably one of the best this season.

At least the guy that plays chapelle still has that part on the sopranos everyu now and then.
