the prez's plane is probably gonna come down, but not by landing. The whole episode led up to jack being taken captive by the terrorists.

Those terrorists really have their shit together to have fallen back on plan C now without a hitch.

Why in the world did the terrorist mom not shoot Jack???? She even said when he gave her the gun "You know I want to kill you right?". Why did she try and kill Marwan, the guy shes been following for years? I had a feeling that either the gun wouldn't be loaded (I believe they did the same thing last year with the drug dealing brothers) or I thought she may try to kill herself, But why did she try and shoot Marwan????????????? :wtf23:

I think based off the rules of hierarchy within the terrorist group, she knew Marwan would kill her anyways. He does seem to have a zero tolerance policy on betrayal.

yeah, if she betrayed Jack, it's pretty much a license for CTU to do whatever they want to her kid.

And how would CTU every find out that it was she that killed Jack? They couldn't. She's still very much for her cause. The only thing that sets above it is the safety of her son and if Jack dies she'll still have the same deal. Totally out of character. She was a smart lady who suddenly got stupid for a trite plot device.
