    I've dropped a few pounds since the first of the year, but the winter blues have been kicking my ass; & I still haven't quit smoking. But I can feel spring coming . . . . :biggrin:

    Eating better and 4 miles a day on the treadmill.

    Damn - thats averaging 5 pounds a week. Are you sure you staying healthy?

    btw - I am now up to 4.5 miles a day walking. Being in the south helps alot - the weather is better.

    well, don't give up. just keep putting one foot in front of the other and quit that smoking or the winter blues ain't gonna be the only thing kicking your ass :sifone: :biggrin:

    Yes, it's healthy....I was sick that first two weeks, so that helped.

    I am down about five pounds the last two weeks.

    My sister is a nurse and I sent her a list of everything I ate from Feb. 12 - Feb. 29. She said I only should add 1 or 2 more carb servings a day.
