    I have dropped 5 pounds over the last two weeks. I have been counting calories shooting for 1500 per day. If I can get back in the gym that would help a lot. I have not been back since I caught strep.

    I'm at 179. I wasn't losing on purpose, I just started bringing my dinner to work instead of eating out every night. Lost ten pounds. I'll be damned.
