    Haha, oh yea, wouldn't it be great if we would automatically lose 10 pounds when we start any program. Only with gastric bypass, or some miracle pill that helps you lose tons of water weight.

    I have been working out and feel great, but I totally blew it tonight. That's ok though, because I am tracking everything on sparkpeople, so I can know the damage. lol
