11-5 Due to the fact we have a big year with the running game. The line will look like a completely different group in the new blocking scheme, and Foster and Williams will both excel running the ball. Defense will be as good as last year, but face a little less pressure in having to do as much work. 3rd down conversions will be up because it will be more short yardage situations on 3rd down, rather than the 3rd and ~8 last year. Dan Morgan will stay healthy for a year at possibly a Pro Bowl caliber level, and we'll keep him, and then follow up the next year with another season ending concussion in the preseason.

I say 10-6. It's a year ending in an odd number, which is a good omen in the John Fox era. We seem to bounce back strong from a non-winning season.

I would say better, but all those road games at the beginning of the year will keep that from happening.

I'm gonna say 10-6 (same thing I said last year), maybe 9-7. Either way, we finish strong.

Agree with Brain about running the ball, it really should be a strength. I'm a little concerned about how long it'll take us to sort it all out and get the timing down.

edit: since I'm waffling I went with "other"

    8-6-2.

We'll need a win in our last game to squeak into the playoffs by a half game over Philly, but will tie the Bucs for a second time on the year and miss out.

Schedule APPEARS a little easier than last years.

No reason to think the defense won't be better. So what if we have Minter and a journeyman in the deep middle. It's what we had last year.

Offensively we should be better running the ball with the zone blocking scheme given the type of OL and RB's we have. Esp if we avoid the inuries that plagued us last year. As long as we have Steve Smith we'll be OK throwing the ball. Upside exists in the form of Jarrett catching on quicker than expected and Carter continuing to improve. Didn't you all say it's 3-4 years before a college WR really gets the pro game (while criticizing the Key cut in ref to Jarrett)?

I'm going to say 0-16. Every win for me will be gravy.

I believe we'll start 3-0, but John Fox's inability to be Bill Cowher will catch up to us, as we lose 11 of our last 13 games.
