yeah, loses credability with that one.
Williams looks good - might be our style, since we'd be slowing things down anyway. Might be as good (or better, given size) at creating from a stopped-play, no one's open situation, though not the shooter that Paul is (nor as good overall).

Warrick looks good, but do we really want another bruiser at SF given that we'd theoretically have a very physical PF and C? It's not that Warrick is a bruiser, at only 220 lbs, but that his outside game really isn't there.

Warrick is a beast - just a ridiculous athlete, BUT he simply cannot shoot to save his life. I have no idea what his college %'s were, but he has no mid range or perimeter game. That worries me in a scoring leage like the NBA.

In college, his athleticism was truly a step above anyone else on the court. He was fun to watch. Not sure how that will translate to the league.

I'm perfectly happy with Deron Williams at #5, but I'd like true shooter at #13 to play the 2. I'll take Wright and be happy with our size & ballhandling capability in the backcourt.

I thought Warrick had a decent 15 foot jumper, although his last college game certainly wouldn't leave you with that impression. It would be nice to come out of this draft with someone who can score the ball.

Deron Williams is a good fit, but I'm not really wowed with him. He is a little like a Joe Dumars type combo guard though, and that versitility would come in handy if we brought Brevin Knight back.

See Olympic results for info on NBA players being able to shoot.
