    me and sly worked out 3 days a week plus i became more aware of what i was eating. i honestly have not worked that hard at it. i went from a 36 or so to a 34 or 33 depending on the pants and my business shirt no longer chokes me. like i said i did not do much i am now about 187, i hit 196 in july. i am where i want to be weight wise but want more muscle.



    and yes LJ i knew the potential of the title :)
