Don't forget the Kendall Gill goaltend/block. A much forgotten moment in that game. IDK how Gill got that high, and yet Dee Brown was a foot higher than he was. Incredible.

For the record I maintain it was a block, if only because you must be given a chance to block a shot, even if it is always travelling down towards the basket.

Well wasnt brown trying to dunk it? So technically its coming down, but hasnt left his hand yet.

I dont remember what the actual interpretation of that play was. I was too busy jumping up and down.

    It was a block!

PS Reggie Miller was on Dan Patrick yesterday. I guess it was 13yr anniversary he scored 57 on the Hornets. they broke down the roster of who guarded him. it was funny. Reggie was saying how he owned Kendall Gill. he seemed to know roughly how many he scored on the players guarding him. "Gill he got about 20 of those, Johnny Newman, he got about 9...." said Dell got a few cause he couldnt guard anybody(newsflash) but said he was a great shooter

Brown was about a foot over the rim tipping it down towards the basket. He may have been trying to dunk it, but Gill was between him and the hoop. He ended up pushing the ball towards the bucket but Gill knocked it away. Celtic fans (Bill Simmons for one) contend it was a goaltend and that Kevin McHale's last game was tainted. He threw the perfect inbounds pass on that play.

Damn, second round of the playoffs, awesome!!! As a Celtics fan, I would give back all 16 titles to have a run like the 1993 Whore-nets.

    What a fucking idiot.

Wow, four titles? That's one behind how many UCLA had in the seventies. Go fuck your King Rice blow up doll.
