    the fixx was saved by zero off the reach the beach album. i think it had a guy on a tank.

    war was a big theme back then.

    i think what struck me most about this list was the mesh of so many different styles of music:

    ozzy, journey, men at work, rem, mellencamp, kizz, bonnie tyler, violent femmes, michael jackson, the police...it's a fantastic collection.

    There weren't many songs better than "She's a Beauty" by The Tubes. I can still see myself doing the air guitar to it.....

    I have that Fixx album... I haven't heard In a Big Country in a long time. That was a good year.:cool:
