    True - can you imagine the damage that Ford and Davis would do with the 3 point line, and how much space would be open for O'Koren? Good Lord.

    A Ford/Felton matchup would have been fun as shit to watch though.

    Am I the only one who thinks Felton would have more than stood a chance?

    I have a hard time (as does anyone else who only have seen these players on TV/tape) judging speed. Phil Ford was lightening quick, but he was also playing against kids who smoked and got fat during the season. One of the hardest things to do is judge players on tape as you only have a reference to how fast they were compared to their contempories.

    Sean May withstanding, Raymond Felton played with and against far superior athletes (not basketball players) than Phil Ford did. That makes it hard to know who was faster in their prime. Ford was better, but Felton's speed would have made it closer than most UNC apologists would admit I think. But I've been wrong before, we'll never really know.

    No, that's why I said it would be fun to watch. I'd give Felton the edge of D and Ford the edge on O.
