Got lemon drops but I see that four drops is 60 calories. Had 2 drops yesterday but don't know if it was worth the 30 calories or not. Ain't never been on many diets so I am trying not to baloon up anymore than I am now.
Didn't wear the patch to bed and woke up this morning and just put it on a while ago.

Putt I broke down yesterday. I had a cigar while playing golf. I know I shouldn't have but damn man I was playing golf...... isn't it sacriledge not to have a cigar while playing.... in a tournament no less.
