    My dad did a number on me with a carton of camels when I got caught at 14.

    I got it with 'Its a girl" cigars. :D

    Didn't mess with them again till my 30s

    Awww, Putt. I luv ya, dude. I'm very proud of you for even attempting this. Just take it one hour at a time. Tell yourself you're not going to smoke for one hour, then when the hour is up recommitt to another hour and so forth. Take it from someone who understands!:smooch:

    i used to smoke. i understand this journey you are taking. there is no secret to quitting but simply quit and not let your urges take over. psyche yourself out every hour, like lainey said. it's a battle, be a warrior! :chucks:

    putt...i applaud you for deciding to do this. you will live a longer, healthier life and smell yummier!!! 'smoke free' smells so yummmy.... :p
