10 Things Millionaire Won't Tell You

I plan to build or buy a house in three or four years that will hopefully be the one I live in for a long time, maybe the rest of my life. I will be about 40 when I am ready to do it. If I do a 15 year mortgage I will have it paid off when I am 55 which should make retiring early a possibility or retiring well at 62 easy. I want and need to get all my credit card debt paid off first and at least one of my car loans maybe both.

...ain't bad. A $ millionaire could give a shit about "renting" a boat, or a plane, owning those helps in making $,.....but not "renting" a mate, ie marrying one, will cost bigtime when she leaves. I can sell my boat, don't own a plane, and......uhhhhh, the house at the beach is in my wifes name.
Gotta go do the laundry boys.....

 

They left one thing off the "Millionaire" list. Get a prenup.
