It was annoying how they kept showing you what was going to happen in advance every time they went to commercial.

You are right Tivo will get you to watch stuff you normally would not. It is great for wrestling, you can fast forward til you see the guy you want to watch. Two hours of RAW passes in about thirty minutes.

wrestling? i'll pass, but i get your drift. i can watch a basketball game in about an hour if it's not one i want to hear people talk about. it's great.

sadly, it's also got me watching crap like the real world and the osbornes because it's easy to sit down for 20 minutes and watch something from start to finish instead of mindlessly flipping and losing interest during commercials.

I usually dont start watching anything until it is about fifteen or twenty minutes into it, so i can fast forward thru commercials.

You know what gets me? There had to be people in high level positions somewhere in this process who looked at it and said, "Wow. What a piece of crap," but signed off on it anyway. And there are other people who sunk a ton of money and time into it, and it's still a piece of crap. Video stores are full of movies like that now. I just shake my head every time I look at all that wasted time and money. :shakehead
