    Not that I agree with it but the SEC has more teams "rated" in the 60's than the ACC.

    I would say the SEC this year is like the ACC has been in basketball the last few years. Too top heavy.

    The ACC is more akin to the BE in basketball. Lots of mediocre to good programs but no one stellar.
