Try hitting F5 and see if your browser cache is screwy. That's happened before on your laptop.

I don't know. I'm not even logged into the site. If they're blocking your account and you're logged in, then maybe they are.

I get that, too, except a little progress bar is running across the screen indicating that it is casting my vote. Then it finishes and goes right back to the voting page.
