Rivera certainly has the "out of his depth as a head coach" part down.

They're rubbing the teams lack of history in our face.

The networks just have these huge rosters of random ass players to speak on studio shows.

Don't they realize they put in a rookie wage scale?

seriously though, I don't how you keep close to your family while having so much more earning power than them.

I think gets a playoff flame-out this year, camp is an 'open competition' he's pulled before week 8 next year.

My god that game tomorrow is gonna be horrible.

Harbaugh's man love for Smith makes me wonder if Moore would still be here....

The sad part about the Gabbert story from a fans perspective is when the Jags release him. Somewhere out there a fanbase is going to delude itself "Jacksonville is a bad team, he couldn't be the cause of all their problems," "He'll have a year behind our QB to get his mind right, the Jags were desperate and kept throwing him to the wolves but a year of solid coaching..." Then bam their QB blows out his elbow, and you're the 2007 panthers.

Good coaches adjust. It was one of things former Panthers coach, and public enemy, John Fox did better than most.

      Um... Okay.

Nothing Rivera has accomplished suggests he is the right person. I like him and respect him, and I pull for people I like and respect. Some of you tell me that philosophy has no place in sports, or in 2012. But I’ll stick with it.

Sorry Tom, it doesn't have a place. I can like and respect a blind man with all my heart- that doesn't he should get a job he clearly can't fill the requirements for like an airline pilot.

Gruden: How do you not like Alex Smith?

Gee let me count the ways.
