    Nah. He did it right. That's just the caramilization of the sugars in the sauce. I'd just have put the dry rub on earlier. Good eatin, all the same.


    I'm gonna have to get me one of those.

    Tony Roma's is like the Olive Garden of BBQ. Just had some real Pork BBQ at Duke's BBQ. He was out of Brisket though, so I just had a double of pork.

    Now that's something I can understand. Everyone's crazy about Olive Garden. It's good, but it's not nearly the best Italian out there.

    I put dry rub on the day before and let them sit overnight. I like a little extra on them just as they are done just before eating. It's a Memphis thang I guess.
