    y are we losing races for??? north carolina is the biggest state for racing imo, so why the hell are they moving it to the other side of the country-makes no sense

    Races at Rockingham don't sell out, and races in California and Phoenix do.

    Take a look into the crowds at the Rock. Many no-shows. I was saying they were going to lose the Rock date last year, before they were bought out. NC may be the center of NASCAR but out West we have rabid, new and curious fans just chomping at the bit to get more dates. I, for one, are one of them. Other factors are TV, Sponsors and the 50 million people living here in So Cal.
    Sorry... your loss is our gain. Seems to me you NC guys are kinda bored of NASCAR anyways. You still have the mecca three times. All due respect NC, but So Cal has the peeps, the TV and the sponsors that NASCAR is dying to get on board. It's a corporate thang! Our gain indeed. Ever seen these wackos out here on the Freeway at 1 am. These dudes need a release for sure before someone gets killed. NASCAR to the rescue. Lol..

    yep..who wants to sit in the cold after being in daytona the week before. Move the second race out west and put the rock in the spring or summer. It aint rocket science. For the rcok to lose a race to phoenix is about as dumb a thing as nascar has done. At least pull the race for a new track.
