Sure, it's a poor man's meal. But cook in a little hot sauce with the regular flavorings and it's not bad. Little ASS Kickin' Garlic hot sauce with chicken ramen noodles ain't too shabby.

another good option: add two or three tablespoons of salsa, some cheddar cheese and a dash or quankadish trofang to each serving or chicken ramen.

I've always thought, if I was poor, or on food stamps, I'd get me a case of those things and for variety have some veggies or meat to add. But if you were real broke you could eat dinner for 10 cents. I mean it has to be the best bargin around.

I think that could be called the "Anti-Atkins Diet".

How could you pay for the veggies and meat if you were broke?

I said poor, not broke, a can of veggies can be as little as a quarter.
