He'll probably have a bit of a Peppers-affect and improve their other D-lineman's numberssome what by drawing extra attention but I bet Wallace tallies almost as many big plays as Kearse this year.
Worth THAT kind of money? Neh

Like what was said thats a lot of dough for a guy with some questions but, the Eagles d-coordinator sure knows a thing or two about defense and loves to blitz. I'd say this could be a very good move for the Eagles with the key being COULD.

In some small way I was hoping KC would pick Kerse up, but I knew Carl Peterson wasnt about to be creative enough to fit him into their payroll.

with a mind on challenging for the NFL championship every year, these are the kind of moves that the panthers will have to start paying closer attention to.

i dont think this move markedly helps them beat the panthers -- or whomever is in the nfc title game.

Kearse has not been healthy or much of an impact lately. I am not worried about them. They still can not stop the run, have no quality receivers and McNabb is STILL over-rated.

My Eagles source pretty much says the same thing. We will go after a 3rd corner. Honestly, I'm not convinced about Lito or Sheldon and would like us pursue Plummer. It might happen now that Washington is off the market at LB. I know we wanted him.

Our needs are LB, WR, CB and another RB.

It looks like we are using Tra Thomas as trade bait to move up in the first round, that's why we wouldn't give up the no 1 for TO...well that, and the huge signing bonus.

I think Kearse is a good signing IF he is healthy. Yeah, it's steep, but we have the cap room and just wait until the real contract details come out. It's always real sexy in the beginning, especially with Rosenhaus is the agent.
