How good is the ACC

    well nc state just lost to south carolina, a team that was predicted in the preseason polls to finish dead last in the sec. to think that ncsu would defeat florida is laughable imo. is the sec as good as the acc overall in bball? no it isn't...but it isn't a jv league either. also, uga will finish dead last in the east this year. you heard it here first.

    We do look pretty bad as far as basketball goes down in Athens, but NCSU could beat Florida at home. Not saying it's a guarantee but it's possible with Hodge and Melvin on their games. The Big 12 is overrated year in and year out, and Kansas just dropped another the other day. The ACC is easily the best conference, and if State can get the kinks out then they will have a chance at the NCAA's, but for now it looks like the NIT, but I guess you can't say much till the ACC rolls around cause crazy things will happen this season

    Four ACC teams in the top ten. The only ACC team that is neither ranked nor receiving votes is Clemson. I don't recall the ACC ever being this solid.
