I (somehow) clinked on a link that immediately installed i-lookup.com on my system. IE6 on Windows 2000 professional.

This is the most annoying thing I've seen to date. I get a stupid toolbar at the top of my screen with all sorts of credit card, pop up blockers, and porn site links, but the most annoying thing is that it has hijacked my homepage. Despite anything I do to remove the files and reset the homepage, it comes back. Also, it unleashes random pop -ups from time to time.

I really don't want to flatten my system but i will if I can't solve it any other way.

Has anyone else experienced this and how do you fix it?

    Thanks

    Spybot didn't solve the problem.

I-lookup still hijacks my homepage and the toolbar keeps coming back.

    Any other suggestions are welcome...

    Pchell.com did the trick.

    Thanks for the advice!
