"Deep in the tourney" is defined by winning one or more games while in the NCAA men's basketball tournament. I agree with OneDawg, this year should be one where anything less than a NCAA tourney bid will be a disappointment. I equate this year's squad to the 1999-2000 Tulsa squad that made it to the elite eight and lost to the dirty tarholes. Tulsa had a great lead guard in Greg Harrington, we have Demon Brown. Tulsa had an exellent three point shooter in Marcus Hill, we have Brendan Plavich. Tulsa had Brandon Kurtz a 6-9 bully who ruled the lane, from the looks of the Green-White game Calvin Clemmons is ready to assume that role. I could go on and on with the comparisons, they actaully bet us that year by 15 at the tourney in Puerto Rico.

You don't think that is a valid question?

You get blasted for ragging UNC football, and then always turn to basketball when it is pointed out that you don't have a football program. You might not see a difference, but I sure as hell do.

I am genuinely curious as to what y'all think "deep in the tourney" is.

Now, fuck off and have a nice day :)

Metro doesn't need defending but I pretty much think this is the point he was makeing. They have more money and do a better job of marketing.
