    There's a series of those movies, Dukey. Watch Alien first, then Aliens. I don't think there will be any comparison, but they're still cool movies. ;)

    Alien is great, but Aliens is even better. The last 2 Alien movies suked.

    Alien started it off and is a classic but to be honest Aliens is better. The comedic side (Bill Paxton) alone makes it better.

    Its just more entertaining.

    Aliens has more action and Paxton is pretty funny ("I hate to rain on your parade but we're FUCKED man!"), but Alien, to me, is more suspenseful. Maybe because it was the first one and you really didnt know what to expect. Nice camera work in the first one too, like the shot where the cat is watching the alien eat that lady, and all you see are the shadows and the reflections in the cat's eyes....creepy.

    Alien is by far the better movie. Aliens is a good action flick though. Alien is better, concept-wise.

    I also am looking forward to Return of the King. I keep watching the trailer and stopping it for frame-by-frame replay. There's gonna be some cool stuff in there.
