    I know that ND has the TV contract with ABC but I have never heard such a bias play by play call in my life. UGH

    it's always been that way. When UM played them under saban Notre Dame ran the score up like mad was taunting in the runways and all that shit the commentators said nothing. When Howard took over and UM got good and Notre Dame was in the Faust years, UM made payback hell, all the commentators were screaming about was UM running up the score on poor Notre Dame. To add insult to injury UM beat the shit out them in a fight in the runway before the game too. The blood got so bad Holtz stopped the series. But when you have an alumni base like notre dame you get your own tv show. Hell they could go 1-11 and still get a bowl bid.

    Nick Saban was at Michigan State, not Michigan. Also, I think you've got the order of events mixed up. Just a point of clarification.

    But the point that the announcers are biased towards Notre Dame is true - ND is the star (like it or not).

    I'm not a Notre Dame fan by any means but growing up I used to love to watch those Notre Dame highlights on Sunday mornings.

    What was that announcers name that always did that show?
