Well he was taking a side angle on that play until the last moment. I am not sure which side he was on coverage. If that was his side then he sucked major ass on that play, but if he was on the opposite side then good hustle before getting the smackdown on yourself.

Reid is an All-American and about the only good player we have on D.

I am by no means belittling Jones hit as it was one helluva hit. My point is you are not talking about Apples to Apples. Reid is average size for secondary and Jones is a bit of a Freak for a RB. That one hit that Reid took doesn't make him a bad player, soft player or whatever Dave is trying to come up with.

 

There's no shame in getting runover. Happens to the best of them. You get up and play the next play.
