    I weigh the same thing I did last year and really don't give a shit unless I am looking in the mirror and durn sure don't give a shit what other peoples standards are for me whether I am looking in the mirror or not. If my wife had wanted a skinny man then she should have married a skinny man. My dog likes me and that's good enough for me.

    Ditto... Lost an inch and a half across my waist :D

    Not sure how many lbs... if I had to guess I would go with 10-15lbs.

    Most ice cream stores have it. But you can also get good stuff at that ice cream store by WalMart in Concord. Sugar Free and Fat Free.
