With Desean Watson tearing Achilles again, you guys think Cleveland will throw in the towel on him and choose a QB?

Right now Tenn, Cleveland, NYG, Las Vegas, NYJ, New Orleans, all have QB questions.

could be a lot of wheeling and dealing and overdrafting of QB's

I hope so

 

A better question is whether Deion will let Shedeur play for Cleveland if Tennessee takes Ward. I think they trade down with the Raiders and either take one of the top tackles or Jeanty at six.

 

For our offense, I think we need one more playmaker, either a TE or WR, especially if Theilan retires. We are good at RB with a late round pick.

For D, we need DL really bad along with Edge to rush QB

After that, I am good with extra LB, C, CB and Safety help

 

Maybe invite in a couple of UDFA kickers.

 

I can only pray teams are that stupid.

 

The Falcons took Robinson at eight and Jeanty is arguably a better prospect.

 

The Star/KK double-down was one of Gettleman's few good decisions as GM. I'd be all for something like that in this draft.



This run defense wasn't just bad, it was college football bad. 200 yards was becoming a given. I hate having to drill one specific position group, but the team needs at least four new players there - one starter to replace God awful Shy Tuttle and three NFL caliber backups/rotational.



Williams is the only current backup I'd consider NFL caliber, but I'd want him buried on the depth chart or practice squad. The other guys belong in the USFL.

 

Jeanty was facing absolutely nobody for most of the season, so I'm actually not sold on him. He looked pretty ordinary when he had to run against a real defense in the playoffs.
