Panthers vs Falcons Running Commentary

Canning Shula and re-inserting Chud is a slam dunk, but I doubt it will happen. I just hope everyone now appreciates just how good of an OC Chudzinski really was. Shula was merely a spectator last year, and without the otherworldly defense winning games for us, it's pretty clear that he never should have been promoted. Having a competent offensive coordinator is harder to find than people think and we had one.

There's quite a difference in being a head coach as opposed to an offensive coordinator. I'd welcome him back. I tried to give Shula the benefit of the doubt, but the 3rd down play calls against the Falcons brought me to my senses. Inexcusable.

 

Banner and Lombardi fucked that season up before it even started, but I'm not even talking about him as a head coach. I'm talking about him as an offensive coordinator.


Chud isn't perfect, but he's competent, and I mentioned before how difficult it is to find that. Most fans hate their offensive coordinator too.

 

It was the running game with Cam that really boosted our offensive rankings under Chud. We aren't running anywhere behind this line with Cam in his current condition.
