    this is my hope, because after all these years since the begining of not missing a game and being to emotionally vested in them, putting up with my wife bitching about arranging schedules around them, spending tons to go to games, etc. (and then cussing at them all game), I'm becoming so disgusted that I'm thinking of quitting them....but I can't so far....[sigh]....but I'm as close as I've ever been to doing so...but I'm just not a quitter- but they're fucking quitting on us, so.....

    I've come to the same realization. There's nothing I can do to change it, so I just make the most out of it. The occasional playoff run makes it worthwhile.
