The Monday night Giants were doing their impression of the Panthers.
No run game and Manning getting mugged.

What makes that especially frustrating for me is that I was one of the first to start hyping him. When he was a redshirt freshman, McShay was all over Jake Locker's nuts while I was saying that Luck was already the best quarterback in the Pac-10. We shouldn't forget that Cam looked damned good early this season, but that was a franchise changing decision. If this team had Luck, Gettleman or Hurney wouldn't even matter. But we don't have any Luck because of the fucking black cat.

You know what, I changed my mind about Dalton. He's an excellent quarterback.

    You got me again, Red.

At least we didn't draft Gabbert, Locker or Ponder instead of Cam. We did the best we could at QB that year.

I remember watching a lot of Stanford that year. I was so pissed when the news broke he decided to stay another year, it was quite shocking knowing Harbaugh was leaving too.

Had Hurney had the balls to pursue Harbaugh, then I think Harbaugh could have coaxed Luck into declaring and joining him in Carolina. And the next 10-15 years would have been the greatest period in team history.

Houston Texans linebackers coach Mike Vrabel tweeted Saturday that his three Super Bowl rings won while a member of the New England Patriots were stolen from his home.

"To all the Houston area pawn shops: 3 super bowl rings are headed your way. Courtesy of the m----- f------ who smashed our back door in," Vrabel tweeted.

Vrabel won Super Bowls with the Pats in the 2001-02, 2003-04 and 2004-05 seasons.

A spokesperson for the Bellaire Police Department said the burglary took place around 11 a.m. Saturday.

A third-round pick of the Pittsburgh Steelers in 1997, the linebacker played 14 seasons in the NFL for the Steelers, Patriots and Kansas City Chiefs.

Hurney.... ehh, even if he had that idea, JR wouldn't go down the Harbaugh road. One would think that his name at least came up when a list of candidates was being compiled.
