There are some cray cray mofos in Panther land

So, I was cruising the Panther verse tonight which means going to places that I do not go on a daily basis.

Why do people insist on hugging fat fuck's nuts over the Steve Smith fiasco? They are trying to push Gettleman's agenda, trying to say we are better off without him, our WRs are better this year, etc. In the first place, it's not even the right question. The question SHOULD BE: are we better now with Benjamin, Smith, and whoever they brought in. Avant, Cotchery, a fence post, whoever. The answer would be hell yes we are.

Stoopid stoopid kool-aid drinkers, gulping it down and pissing it out all over Panther boards and blogs everywhere. Some of it by people who should know better.

And this we have to be nice? Shit, good lord. Fuck nice, I want bullies. Nice? In the words of Mike Singletary, you can't win with nice. Stoopid Observer writers, stoopid as usual. They think I am giving them $100 a year to read that shit? Uh, no.

And I am not even drinking.

 

I was watching TV earlier and just happened to see 89 score his first touchdown as a member of the Bully Builders.


It's a combination of homerism and stupidity. Saying that we're better off without Smith is homerism, since nobody really believes that. And apparently people are too stupid to understand that Benjamin and Smith would be far better than just Benjamin and Possession Receiver X. The fact remains that we didn't NEED to cut Steve Smith. It was a mindless move by a buffoon GM.

 

Let's move on.

I hope desperately that all the naysayers (me included) eat crow at the end of the year because this is still my team. But after expecting little last season and being THRILLED, I expect worse then nothing this year. I love Benjamin, but the secondary, "fine as is oline" and Smitty loss looks like a big steaming pile of maggot filled shit to me.
