Pretty sure Gettleman was on the pro side and not the college. What that means with undrafted guys, I wouldn't know. Maybe he watched tape and gave an opinion, maybe not.

I remember I think it was Accorsi (if not then someone from the Giants) saying Gettleman had never missed on a FA, which will be worth watching. He wasn't bad at all last year although I think a lot of the credit for the performance of no names we put out there goes to the coaching.

His Smith evaluation is fucked up, but there were other considerations, to him, that were more important than his ability. Obviously.

I am not exited about the team as much as usual because of that offseason crap but this draft should tell us a lot about how good they are at finding talent. Last year was a gimme.

Going to see. What we expect, or what we don't.

I wonder if Accorsi was including their own FAs..

They really seem to love Adams having brought him back for a second visit. That said I just just want the best value at 28. IMO OT then WR are the areas to be addressed. That said I don't want to reach for Moses for example if a higher rated WR is there.

I'm not sure exactly why, but the WRs in this draft make me nervous. Aside from Watkins/Evans they feel too much like lottery tickets.

He was pro personnel director in New York, which as I understand is like being the vice president in front office circles. Not to say he didn't contribute up there but it's annoying when Panther fans act like he wielded major personnel control. They had a general manager too. Nobody around here is giving Don Gregory credit for Kuechly or Star.

Giving Gettleman credit for finding Victor Cruz would be like giving Joe Biden credit for finding Osama Bin Laden.

I think Jordan Matthews and Davante Adams are solid bets. Go back and forth on which one I like better.
