This is only a good pick if we're prepping to go 3-4 down the road.

I dont know that youd get a LB as good later. What i do like is hes very good in coverage. Just remember, alot of guys werent happy with the Cam pick last year.

Keuchly was arguable the BPA, so no quarrels with the value, just the fit.

Depends on your philosophy. Good teams take the best player and dont draft solely for need. Ill take a good football player over a workout warrior.

    I'm expecting a.hybrid defense. A 4/3 with some. 3/4 looks

So you'd draft a QB 4 years in a row if its the BPA? Even if the first year guy is a Pro Bowler?

Beason sucked at WLB in 2010 and his contract is too huge to move. It's one thing not to draft for need and another to duplicate. The hope now is that WLB will actually be easier on Beason's Achilles.

Its not very likely that would happen but remember how many QBs GB had during the Favre years? Brunnell, Hasselbeck, Brooks all went on to be starters somewhere else; ummm Rodgers. Point being, i think they made out ok

    Forgot Kurt Warner
