Packman heading to FOXSPORTS730 ? ? ?

Personally, the past six months without Packman on-air have been pretty refreshing. He had gotten extremely stale and complacent, often times mailing it in (maybe passive-aggressive response to his suits?).

Zarzour has been a great replacement (can't say same for James). Notice how many more remotes these guys do than Packer? Makes me wonder if Packer refused to do many remotes outside of the Dog House?

His whining about being shackled by the six month non-compete comes across as pretty petty. He's no different than any other on-air talent who's left the company.

The thing about on-air talent - its a very temporary vacuum that gets filled up quickly. Very few on-air personalities are irreplaceable.

Nobody likes the non-competes

The stations use them to keep competitors from stealing their market overnight. Imagine how many listeners 730 would have picked up overnight if Pack were allowed to skip down the dial.
