Bucko I don't have a copy of the agreement, but if they have our money from March till say August till there is a game missed. can you imagine the amount of interest they will make during that period.?

turned in our uppers. They called and tried negoiate a lower price but it still wasnt worth it. Should have offered 35 cents on the dollar. That is what the nfl makes them pay to avoid blackout. oh well, it was nothing but a headache anyway.

I'm sorry to hear that it came to that, but I am sure you aren't alone. I wonder just what price the Panthers will end up paying for the botched decisions of 2010.

The Panthers have nothing to do with the lockout, so there is no way to hold them responsible.

If everyone who turned in their PSLs were doing so only because of the lockout, I would agree; however, I suspect the product on the field this last year has had/will have a major influence on many PSL owner's decision whether to hold or fold.

I seriously doubt they would revoke anyones PSL for not paying prior to the labor situation getting resolved. The last thing the Panthers want right now is more seats they would have to sell as individual game tickets.

If they held everybody's money, I'd say it would be a fairly significant amount.

With short term interest rates where they are, it's less than you think.
