As long as we re-sign a buttload of our own FA.

Gamble, Munnerlyn and Marshall have been adequate in the defense we have run recently. If the defense stays similar then I do not see the need as being huge. Granted Marshall will be a free agent but won't be a guy who gets huge money.

Munnerlyn is a solid slot cover man but we will need to replace Marshall.

I doubt we sign a CB in free agency--money. We have 2 guys who can start. I think Pugh could play the nickel. We will probably draft a cb in the third or fourth rounds.

If we tag DW, that will cost us a pretty penny.

If we re-sign Kalil, you are looking at a tricky contract with a lot of guaranteed money. Probably a contract somewhere close to Gross's.

Charles Johnson will not be cheap.

James Anderson will want a good deal.

Thomas Davis will be cheap but incentive laden.

I think you extend Beason while you can.

King, Marshall, and several others will not be re-signed.

We probably have to keep Rosario and Landri.

We will probably sign a QB in free agency.

We will probably sign a DT in free agency.

We might sign a RG in free agency.

I doubt we can afford to do much more than that.

At what age to cornerbacks usually expire?
I think Nmandi is like 29. Champ Bailey is a card carrying AARP member by now.
I have never been a Marshall fan and have no problem letting him go. I like the Munnerlyn-Gamble combo.

That oregon cb (#13 i believe) was pretty good but i think he is an underclassmen so I guess he is not an option. Who are some mid-to-late round safeties that we can convert to corner?
