    I seasoned the chicken with garlic powder, pepper, and seasoning salt before sauteing. I also added a bit of onion to the salad. It was delicious on ciabatta bread. I'd never even had chicken salad before.

    Ham salad is good this time of year to use the leftovers, only I add some sweet relish to it, other then that pretty much same stuff as chicken salad.
