Harbaugh will get mega bucks. JR is on the cheap. Heard this yeaterday on 610 am didn't hear who was making the comments. But the guy did state the Panthers need an OC to run things. But look at the Steelers same business model. If Luck is as smart as everyone says he will acess his options. Money now or if I get injured less money later. He will be a King in Charlotte unless he really blows. Alot of seniors on the Stanford team and if Harbaugh goes what does he really have?

Richardson doesn't want to cede control of personnel, which is probably much more of a sticking point for Harbaugh than the money. Ironically, ceding personnel control is precisely what the Panthers need for him to do, although I do not like the head coach having that authority either. They need a legit Ron Wolf-type GM.

Hurney has had good moments, but my god, he's probably thrown more shitbombs than any other GM that kept his gig for a decade.

The Armanti trade is almost Gilbert-bad.

    this is positive...

The Panthers will hire an NFL assistant, most likely an offensive or defensive coordinator, to replace John Fox as head coach. This precludes Harbaugh.

The Panthers are not interested in pursuing Russ Grimm, assistant head coach of the Arizona Cardinals, who has been rumored to be a leading coaching candidate.

Regardless of whether the coordinator has an offensive or defensive background, Carolina will not try to win by running the ball incessantly and attempting to win with defense. The Panthers know the old model doesn't work.

They'll emphasize offense in general and quarterback in particular.

Didn't dis him? Maybe not. One of the hottest candidates though, was basically treated like...oh, who is this guy? We aren't even thinking about this guy. I'll be CORDIAL.

    Jesus.

The guy came off as a goof. Ultimately, there was a little substance in the PC, but very little of it. I'm still a little shocked, we called a PC just for that. Er...for what.

To say he's not hopeful about the labor talks?

I mean, I get it, and I'm glad they did call it. I'm glad he had it. But I don't feel reassured at ALL. Rather, I feel worried after it.

not to mention he was a former player for THIS team. He may not have seen game day action, but he was here.

I just watched Tuesdays press conference again and I wish that Tonya Reiman that "Body Language Expert" on Bill O'Reilly would confirm my suspicions. That Hurney had been raped before the presser. I have never seen someone who so obviously looked like they just been assaulted before in my life.
