    give me your fav recipe. I want some homemade chicken salad and i want it to include red grapes. what else does it take?

    5-6 large chicken breasts (boiled about 45 mins and chopped)
    3 boiled eggs chopped
    2 stalks celery (chopped small)
    2/3 cup sweet relish
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1 small sweet apple (grate into bowl)
    Dukes mayo
    Miracle Whip
    salt & pepper

    Boil and chop chicken breasts. Add chopped celery, eggs, pecans and relish. Grate in apple. Then add equal parts mayo and Miracle Whip to desired consistency (not too much because it gets a little wetter as it sets). Then add salt and pepper to taste.


    The best one I've ever had...but if it's told that I told you I could have my throat slit so don't tell anyone else! Just put in grapes instead of apples if you like.

    Where can you buy lots of chicken salad, in quantity, that's pre-made, and good? Or even a deli. I want something I can just buy and take home and not have to make it myself. That processed crap in the lunch meat section always tastes like shit. Something preferably without onions in it.

    Arby`s chicken salad is pretty damn tasty and my local Steak and Hoagie has some delicious chicken salad sandwiches where the onion is an option.
    I think the Chik-Filet salad sandwich is good also.

    Use dried cherries in your chicken salad. Skip the celery.

    my grandmother makes a chicken salad with curry in it. I really like it.
