    There are a lot of owners who would take 80 Million and finish one game worse. 7-9 + 80 million, or 8-8 and -80 million. I know plenty of owners would take option A.

    Agreed. They've thrown, what, 3 younger OLBs at Diggs? He's kept his job against every one. Maybe the'll bring him back on the cheap. :huh:

    I'm hoping Connor wins the SLB job, though. Anderson makes me wanna vomit.

    The owners are looking at doing a new CBA relatively soon so maybe they have all smartened up and realized that if they collectively stop paying the players so much they can all make more money. It would be nice if that all worked around to cheaper tickets and concessions but we all know that will never happen.

    Can't really fault him. Surprised me, too. Even with his injuries last year, I think he's earned the right to play out his contract. From the articles I've read, it sounds like that's all he wanted to do.
