    That's what I was thinking too. Making dough is easy.
    And... you don't need a stand mixer?

    is this a question? if not you need to do alot of kneeding by hand but I guess you don't have to

    No, it's not a question. I don't know why I used a question mark- earlier in the thread someone said you need a stand mixer to make dough. I don't use a mixer- I knead by hand.

    A Bread Machine will knead the dough.

    That's cool! In the winter I make pizza in my wood cookstove, but it's too hot to do that in the summer so I've been making pizza on my grill (using charcoal or wood) but that would be nice to have. Especially if you live where you don't have 6+ months of winter per year.

    I'm making a batch that has one cup of the King Arthurs White Wheat flower substituted for the bread flower. It makes it a little "heartier" for lack of a better word. I tried before with all whole wheat flower and it tasted like a cardboard box.
