Congrats Fan, it sounds like you have figured it out. I have not done very well lately but I decided instead of just going my own thing in the gym that I would make an appointment with one of the personal trainers. I had an evaluation done and he checked a lot of measurements. I go back to start the program with him soon. Hopefully some more structure will help out.

I got down to 170 and stalled big time. I tried a few different things to break out of it and ended up around 175 for the last 6-7 weeks until about 2 weeks ago.

    Now, I've broken through.

Last week I was down 2 lbs. to 173. This week I dropped 4lb.s and am know down to 169!!! Yea!!!

I did it though a combination of changed my meals from 1-2 meals a day to 6 small meals of slightly higher calories for a few weeks to reset my metabolism like I did before but he switch to 6 meals really helped. I'm back to 1-2 again and a full 24hr fast once a week.

I also am participating in a online fitness contest to loose weight and I totally switched up my workout. Bodyweight exercise for cardio and full motion full body barbell exercises for resistance training. Stuff like deadlifts, squats, military presses, etc.

My goal is 165 by the end of the month. So far, so good. Well, off to the gym.

I have started exercising regularly again. I have made it two weeks without missing a work out. I know it does not sound like much but it is for me. I have not lost any weight yet but I do feel better.
