May be pitching in Knights Castle on Thursday or making his first start of the season against Florida

Smoltz will pitch for Pawtucket but not on Thursday but Wednesday due to potential rainy weather on Thursday and then make his Bo Sox debut verses the Nationals on the 25th

I just can't forgive Smoltz for going to Boston. Some players should spend their entire career wearing one uniform and Smoltz is one of them. Although he was drafted by the Tigers, he will always be an Atlanta Brave.

you'd rather he work hard to come back from an injury, make a start 90 miles away in the minor leagues just to be let go too?

I would rather he remained a Brave, if he pitches this year or if he don't. He has the right to go where the market will dictate but he told the Braves he was going to remain loyal. They made a fair offer but he went to Boston instead.

UH, people forget Glavine left for the Mets for extra cash, so stop crying a river how the Braves were not loyal.

business 101. he didn't "Brett Farve" atlanta, he took the bigger contract with the Mets thinking he was more valuable than the Braves.
