    It seems like every year some guy gets drafted late or not at all and ends up being a quality starting QB in a few years. Who will it be this year? Here is a list of some guys coming out this year.

    Mike Reilly sounds intriguing to me. Any time the only knock on a guy is that he does not have a great arm I think he might be better than projected. Some great QBs in the past have not had rocket arms.

    Rhett Bomar from Sam Houston State. Started at Oklahoma as a freshman and then had to leave because that whole scandal with the car dealership. Suppose to be a fifth rounder
