    based on his passed performance, Bryant would be a better fit for rookie of the year.

    Shouldn't Pennington have to return his first 'Comeback Player' award?

    I mean, if he 'Came Back' in 06 then he should 'already still be there' in 08. He didn't have an injury last year, he got benched while playing for a shitty team.

    Comeback Players are usually injury-based awards aren't they?

    Not saying Jake should have won it, just making a joke. I got no problem with Pennington winning it, again.

    I thought Jake came back from more dire circumstances than Pennington but it is ok. It kind of rubs more salt in the Jets wounds. I do not hate the Jets but it is funny. That is what you get when you bring in a diva for a QB.

    I guess Delhomme was upset about Pennington's performance so he had to one up him in the race next year for Comeback player?
