Wonder Woman - Being a Clemson fan, which coach would you like to see get hired for the head coaching job at Clemson?

Well- Dabo Swinney (Interim) has taken the job and run with it. He's saying all the right things and bringing discipline back. I'd love to see him do well, esp. since he turned down a job at Alabama at the end of last year. That being said, I don't know how realistic it is that he will do well enough to be named the head coach.

I don't have a lot of faith in our AD, so it will be interesting. The names I hear he's interested in that I do not want are Patterson at TCU and Tommy Tubberville. I don't know enough aboutWill Muschamp or Brent Venables. Realistically, I know we can't afford Cowher right now. Kiffin keeps coming up and Bud Foster has said he'd be interested.

All I know is I want someone who will provide energy and fun again. It's been lacking for a long time now.

Bill looks pretty good in Orange!

BTW, Cullen Harper has elected to have shoulder surgery on Sunday. Apparently, that injury he said hasn't been bothering him has been. :pinch:

I would love to see Dabo become head coach at the end of the season but he will have to go at least 5-1 for that. Bobby Johnson I dont believe is the answer, good coach but hes almost 60. Just think that is kind of old to turn the program in a new direction that is looking for some energy. How old is Cowher by the way?
Im just looking forward to some downfield passing that Dabo has installed into the offense. No more bubble screens on 3rd and 8 hopefully.

What about Missouri's offensive coordinator Dave Christensen? He's from the northwest but I'd love to see that offense at Clemson...

I am hearing rumors that Danny Ford will be dotting the I tomorrow as the tigers gather at the top of the hill. If so, Dabo is really pulling out all the stops.
